You as the borrower you will put down 35%. Please, also we ask you that you at least show three months of past income statement or more. When everything is done, you as the borrower will be asked to deposit the 35% into an escrow account. If you do not have the means to do that, BMU Realty will get you an international business lawyer who will handle all your paperwork, escrow account set-up, contract signing, real estate agent license verification including on-site property management background check, etc. please make sure that the property that you are buying already has an on-going cash flow. If you do not have that kind of property, BMU Realty will get it for you including a fully licensed real estate agent that you will work with in addition to getting you a lender. Please remember that BMU Realty has the power team plus resources to get you to search properties in millions at 15%-30% below current price value of the property throughout the entire united states. By the way, some of these rental properties that we have in our database have more than 100 units each and others have more than 300 units with a management team in place. So, paying off your mortgage will be easy.
